La Frontera in located in  camino a La Junta y Paso el León, Valle Cochamó km 5.

Only 8 km. from the Town of Cochamó, and 500 meters from the beginning of the path to La Junta (the south american Yosemite).

Our facilities have parking so you can get there by car.

How to get?

By car: From Route 5, take the exit to Puerto Varas, and continue on the route along the coast of the lake to the southeast; through Ensenada and Ralún. By the same route you reach the village Cochamó, approx. 1,5 hour driving from Puerto Varas.

Three kilometers after passing Cochamó you will find a bridge, before crossing the bridge turn left towards the Paso El Leon. This is the beginning of the road Cochamó Valley. Follow 5.2 kilometers and you will find us.

By Bus: From Puerto Montt there are daily buses to the town of Cochamó and you can go out by the bridge, located three kilometers past the village. If you get out of the bus on the bridge or in the village, there are minibuses that go to the trailhead of La Junta, they pass outside of our place.
